How To Cook Concoction Rice Tutorial



Ingredients: 

Protein: 

Smoked Turkey 

Smoked crab and crayfish 

Smoked Fish 


Seasoning:  

Salt to taste 

Pepper 

2 medium sized onions

1 teaspoon of garlic powder 

Half tablespoon of curry powder 

Half cup of palm oil 

2 cups of rice 

Water. 


Instructions: 

-In a pot pour in a cup of palm oil 

-Allow to heat for 2 minutes, and pour in the sliced onions, stir and distribute the onions evenly 

-On low heat, fry the onions in the palm oil for 3 minutes, 

-Add salt to taste 

-Add the smoked crab, dried fish smiled shrimp/prawns 

-Add the pepper, onions and smoked turkey 

-Pour a cup of water, stock cube, salt and allow to boil. 

-Once the water has boiled, add in an additional 1-2 cups of water, or enough water to cook the rice 

-Add 1 tablespoon of curry and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 

-Add 1 tablespoon of basil or scent leaves/nchanwu. 

-Cover the pot and Allow to Boil 

-Once the stock has boiled, add in the rice and salt to taste. 

-Once the rice is cooked, stir and mix properly. 

Healthy palm oil concoction rice is ready to be served. 

Serve and enjoy.
