The L.O.C method involves using Liquid ,Oil, Cream in that particular order when moisturizing your hair. I've been using the LOC method for approximately 2-3 years now.

I use: water as Liquid ,

My oil mix/coconut oil or olive oil as Oil and;

Shea butter as my Cream
