Chinese steamed eggs a.k.a egg custard is a quick, easy and healthy breakfast and dinner recipe for vegetarians and non vegetarians.
Ingredients (Serves 6)
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- A cup of milk
- Salt to taste
Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk
Add flour, onions, cayenne pepper and mix well
Pour the milk, mix and add salt
Steam for 20minutes or until firm.
Enjoy!
Serve with bread or rice.
